- Studio: This was used in the studio for the recording of 'Surrender' on the WAR album.

- Live: This was used live to play 'Surrender' on the WAR and The Unforgettable Fire tours.

Details: This was purchased in 1982, during the October tour, at Gruhn's in Nashville, TN. The Edge then came up with his own tuning that he employed for playing the slide part on 'Surrender' live and in the studio.
