Fender - Stratocaster - 195x - natural finish

Album appearances: "Stuck In A Moment...", "In A Little While" & "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For". Possibly many others.
Live appearances: "Stuck In A Moment You Can't Get Out Of"
Details: Ah yes, the infamous 'Stuck In A Moment..." Strat. This great sounding guitar came to notice to most Edge fans during live performances of "Stuck In A Moment You Can't Get Out Of" during the Elevation 2001 world tour.

In fact, this guitar, while only used for "Stuck..." in concert was used on "In A Little While" (a fovrite of mine) on their "All That You Can't Leave Behind" album.

But wait, there's more! It has also been featured on many other U2 hits, such as 1987's "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" from "The Joshua Tree". [This information per Dallas Schoo. Dallas also talked a bit about his guitar during an interview that took place before the Octover 10, 2001 show at Notre Dame University. Before this webcast show, Dallas told the interviewer that Edge had 'promised' to not take that guitar on tour but, as he wanted 'that' sound from the album for "Stuck In A Moment...".

How long has The Edge had this guitar? Certainly since the recording of The Joshua Tree. There are also "Rattle And Hum" era pictures at the Point Depot, in Dublin, show The Edge with this guitar and it can be seen during the "Desire" footage in the movie.

I am not 100% certain of the 'year of production' of this guitar. I have heard others from various 'forums' say that it is a 60's model. The Edge referred to it as a 50's Strat in the January 2001 Guitar Player interview, so I will go with that.
